I've been running Meta ads for a healthcare product and noticed something bizarre: Our ad creative is burning out every 2-3 days, requiring constant refreshes.

Website optimisation remains critical – Our best ads still fail when our site lags, reinforcing that ad performance is only as good as the landing experience
When scaling, budget increases over 20% disrupt performance for 2-3 days – The Meta algorithm seems to struggle with rapid budget changes
Smaller incremental increases maintain momentum better – We've found 10-15% budget increases every 4-5 days provides the smoothest scaling experience
The landscape of Meta platform is clearly evolving rapidly. The rules that worked even just months ago no longer apply in the same way.
